USAirport Parking
Denver, CO - USAirport Parking's prime location near the sprawling intersection of Tower Road, Peña Boulevard, and E-470 positioned it to take advantage of the large number of travelers using airport parking at DIA. The vast area annexed by the City of Denver to construct Denver International Airport precluded most sites for an off-airport parking facility that would be easily accessed by all airport travelers. Located just north of the Denver/Adams County line, USAirport Parking has what may be the best possible location for an off-airport parking lot near DIA. Close to and accessible from E-470, Tower Road, 104th Avenue, 88th Avenue and Peña Boulevard, USAirport Parking is used by travelers using the many different routes used to reach Denver International. USAirport PARKING's DIA facility is fully fenced, paved, lighted and controlled by a state-of-the-art electronic entrance and exit system. Our Denver airport parking facility is staffed 24 hours a day. For the customer's benefit, activity at our Denver International Airport parking lot will be videotaped 24 hours a day.




WallyPark Premier
SeaTac, WA - WallyPark Premier Airport Parking completed a new state-of-the-art parking facility at SeaTac International Airport on November 15, 2010. The premier garage includes over 1,500 covered and uncovered parking spaces, providing travelers with both valet and self parking options. The parking structure also incorporates over 16,000 square feet of retail space to the SeaTac Airport Corridor. The integrated retail space encompasses restaurants and service businesses that will provide additional amenities for travelers and local customers.

Democracy Center
Bethesda, MD - Democracy Center is a trophy office complex located in Bethesda, Maryland comprised of 688,493 square feet in three towers. The property is one of the region’s landmarks due to its height, unique design and outstanding visibility from Interstate 270. The complex contains three surface parking facilities and one underground garage that provide parking to diverse high profile tenants. In January 2011, ParkingSOFT provided a 16 lane replacement of all parking access and revenue control equipment, which was complimented with web based CCTV and Intercom for remote management functions. The property is managed by Cassidy Turley.





University of Maryland
College Park, MD – Following a successful pilot program, ParkingSOFT began hosting the Event Parking Pre-Pay Portal and providing hand held units and Event parking Management System for the University. The Event Parking System is utilized through agreement with the University’s parking services provider and permits the on line reservation and purchase of bar code event day parking permits, which are self printed by the consumer. The system is very similar to airline boarding pass technology. The comprehensive management system maintains real time counts and audit of all activity. The hand held units permit for the scanning of pre-paid permits, cash and credit card transactions at the points of entry. The system has been in full use since the beginning of the Men’s Basketball 2010 -2011 season.





Baltimore Marine Center
Baltimore, MD - Multi-use residential, office, marina, restaurant, retail, health club facility located on the Canton waterfront in Baltimore City. ParkingSOFT systems include validation, access, pay on foot, cashiering and full control applications.





One Boulder Plaza
Boulder, CO - ParkingSOFT’s project at One Boulder Plaza encompasses four square blocks of Downton Boulder, Colorado. This challenging project includes multiple residential and office towers, underground parking facilities and mixed use development, including a remote system of bar code validating scanners for restaurant patrons, residential and office visitors with numerous rate and fee structures. The system has multiple shared ownership requiring multiple servers and direct deposit of fees collected.




Harborview Marina Center
Baltimore, MD - Multi-use residential, office, marina, restaurant, retail, health club facility located near historic Fort McHenry on the waterfront in Baltimore City. ParkingSOFT systems include validation, access, in-lane and staffed cashiering and full control applications.
