Network is available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. We understand that most parking
facilities are open 24 hours. As prior
facility owners we understand that most
of the issues that need assistance happen
after 5pm (and usually on a Friday afternoon).
With our TCP/IP network most issues can
be handled without the need for an onsite
service technician.
